Eligibility:

Students whose parents or legal guardian did not graduate from college (first generation), low-income students and students with documented disabilities with a need for academic support in their pursuit of a higher education degree.

Applicants to our program must be

1) Fully admitted at PSU (no quick admit)
2) Registered and already taking classes (if they are new at PSU they can come and apply at the beginning
    of their first term)
3) Must have academic need
            AND
4) Either first generation (Students whose parents or legal guardian did not graduate from college in the US)

    OR Low income students
    OR Students with documented disabilities
